Please join us for our 34th Salsa Dance Weekend...since 1999

This event features two amazing couples from Mexico:

Jorge Martinez & Maria Catalan  - from Oaxaco, Mexico, Jorge and Maria can be found most weekends traveling the globe teaching, performing and competing at Salsa/Bachata Congresses and Festivals around the world.  Jorge and Maria are the 2016 World Latin Dance Cup Salsa ON2 Champions.  Maria was also runner up in the 2015 World Latin Dance Cup Bachata Pro Couple Division.

Lenin Guerrero Maldonado and Jackie Pineda - originally from Mexico, now living in Cleveland, OH, Lenin was the 2010 National Mexican Champion and the International Champion of Costa Rica in 2011.  Jackie has performed at many of the most recognized Salsa Congresses throughout Mexico.  She won 1st place at the Acapulco Salsa Congress and Euroson Latino Festival

There will be six workshops taught at the Wightman School Community Building in Squirrel Hill (three on Saturday, March 24, three on Sunday, March 25).

Sunday, March 25 (Bachata Workshops)
1:00 - 2:30 pm: Bachata Styles Breakdown - Traditional, Bachatango, Sensual, Modern/Urbana
2:45 - 3:45 pm: Sensual Bachata Partner Work
4:00 - 5:00 pm: Modern/Urbana Bachata Partner Work
